Job Summary: 
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Painter/Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management-Richmond Metro. We are a fast growing company looking for growth minded employees that are seeking to be a part of family/team driven organization. Responsibilities: 
  • Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
  • Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed 
  • Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects 
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
  • Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
  • Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
  • Inspect paint jobs for quality
  • Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
  • Tub reglazing
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs of equipment
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
