Plumbing Technician
Real Property Management - Richmond Metro is looking for a licensed journeyman plumber to join our maintenance team. Must be at least a licensed journeyman plumber and experience in service plumbing is a plus. We focus on residential repairs and installs.

Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general plumbing skills, changing or repairing faucets, drains, toilets, water heaters etc. Should also be able to work with all types of piping material (pex, quest, pvc, copper). The Plumbing Technician will perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management Richmond Metro organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Application and knowledge of general plumbing work and repairs
- Perform work in a timely manner and provide exceptional quality of work
- Schedule, communicate, complete and invoice work
- Maintain the established customer service standards for both owners and residents
- Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve issues
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Must have excellent technical skills

- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with plumbing or suitable experience in residential repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- Must be able to pass a background check
